SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide. Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to be processed before it ships. During sales and holidays allow up to 5 business days for processing before shipment. Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days after the above processing time, please check your spam folder. Shipping rates are based on weight, destination, and method.

U.S.

Customers within the U.S. may choose from a range of shipping options. Offset Sport has the right to choose which carrier to use. All shipments to PO boxes will be shipped via USPS. Shipments within the US are estimated to take 3-5 business days in transit. See checkout for full list of precisely calculated shipping rates. Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Offset Sport is not responsible for delays caused by the post office or lost packages due to address errors.

International

All International orders will be shipped via DHL or UPS. International packages are estimated to take 5-10 business days; however, delays can happen. See checkout for full list of precisely calculated shipping rates. Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues.

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to Offset Sport and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping.
